Jason Robbins:
Jason was one of my randomly selected roommates when we started school at UCLA. I think we were both relieved to have one normal roommate since our third was a weirdo. We ended up with probably the coolest dorm room at all of UCLA complete with a disco ball and christmas lights that we allowed to hang for the whole year. We've had a pretty good run since then, being fierce raquetball competitors, bridge partners, diehard UCLA basketball fans, a dominant Halo 3 team, and surfing bro's, to name just a few of our endeavors. Jason is shown here balancing a beer on his wife Michelle's head.
Groomsmen:
Dave Appy:
Dave was my roommate for pretty much my entire stay at UCLA, and I probably have wasted more time with him than anyone else. We used to listen to all six (at the time) Radiohead cds every Sunday morning while pretending to do homework. While living in Los Angeles, I was an honorary guest at all of his family's holiday celebrations that I was unable to fly home for, which I will always be thankful for. I also joined his family on an awesome camping and fishing trip deep in the Sierra Nevadas.

Chris Dankberg:
I met Chris when I started hanging out with all of Jason's San Diego friends while scoping out post college career opportunities in San Diego. After Chris realized my being from New Jersey wasn't a liability, we quickly became friends. We took a trip to Europe which will probably always rank as one of my most memorable trips. The photo shows him above the beaches of Normandy. Shortly thereafter I started dating his little sister. I'll always be impressed with how well he handled the situation and I'm stoked to have him as a brother-in-law.
Ben Regnier:
Ben is Allison's brother in law (Katy's husband) and with Katy and Allison in almost constant contact, Ben and I got to know each other quickly. We are constantly trying to figure out ways to overcome the sisters' seemingly telepathic link when playing board games. He is a fountain of knowledge and has the Wii-mote skills to back it up. Ben recently became the father to a pair of twins, whom I'm excited to become an uncle to!
Ben Ulrich:
Ben was able to almost instantly calm my concern when learning my sister was going to marry a guy I hardly knew. I've learned over the past few years that my sister chose well and I couldn't be happier for them and their growing family. Their dog Daphne is probably the most fierce canine tug-of-war competitor I have ever faced. I of course also have to mention their son, Keenan, who seems to be all smiles these days. I'm already working on the plans for the first Lego spaceship I'm going to build with him.
